Important Policies at NailsxK $10 Deposit: A $10 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Foreign Nails: I do not work over foreign nails (nails applied by another technician). Arrival Procedure: When you arrive, please notify me and wait in your vehicle until I come to the door to greet you. Late Policy:There is a $5 late fee for every 5 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. Bringing a Guest: If you wish to bring a guest with you, please ask in advance before the appointment. Payment: Cash is preferred, but Cash App is also accepted. Running Late: If you’re running behind, just contact me, and we’ll work something out. Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me 1-2 days in advance. After-Hours Fee: An additional $20–$40 will be added to your total, depending on how late the appointment is scheduled. Standard After-Hours Fee Guide: Up to 1 hour past closing – $10 1–2 hours past closing – $20 2+ hours or late-night (after 9 PM) – $30+ This fee is non-negotiable and must be paid at the time of booking to secure your spot. Weekend Appointments Weekend appointments are available by request only and include a $30 convenience fee. Since I don’t normally work weekends, this fee helps cover the extra time and flexibility required to accommodate your appointment. Cancellation Policy
At NailsxK, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. No-shows (arriving more than 15 minutes late or not showing up at all without communication) may result in being blocked from future bookings. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment and will go toward your total; if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a new deposit will be required to rebook. Clients are allowed one reschedule per deposit with 24+ hours’ notice; repeated last-minute changes will require a new deposit. I understand that emergencies happen — please communicate with me as soon as possible so I can do my best to accommodate you. By booking with NailsxK, you agree to this policy in full.
